Iran's President Sets Conditions for Ending War with US, Israel

“Talking to leaders of Russia and Pakistan, I reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to peace in the region. The only way to end this war—ignited by the Zionist regime and US—is recognizing Iran’s legitimate rights, payment of reparations, and firm international guarantees against future aggression,” Pezeshkian wrote on X.

The US and Israel unleashed a war against Iran on February 28 by assassinating Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei. So far, at least 1,300 Iranian people have been martyred in the joint raids.

Iran swiftly began reprisal missile and drone strikes on the occupied territories as well as on the US assets across the region.
