Islam Times - Iran’s Police Chief Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Radan stated that more than 6,500 traitors and spies have been captured since the start of the US-Israel war on Tehran.
"Since the beginning of the war, more than 6,500 traitors and spies have been detained," Radan said in an interview on Sunday.
Since the onset of the first US-Israeli war against Iran in mid-June last year and during the second war, the Iranian security agents have captured dozens of people who were at the enemy’s service.
Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni-Ejei has called on the courts to work on the cases of espionage immediately and avoid lengthy bureaucratic processes.
Radan added that 567 of those arrested were specifically related to hypocrisy, villains, and counter-revolutionary groups.
